My Magazine USP
After collecting my results from my survey, I started to consider ways in which i could design my Music Magazine. From the results i found that the people asked mainly looked for 'Latest News' when buying Music Magazine's. I have decided to use this as my main theme as well as the traditional Exclusive Interview selling line. I have decided not to go with the conventional 'left third' and base my design on the popular magazines that continually break these un written rules. I have also decided that i will use a striking main image (medium close up) of the 'artist', This attracts the consumers attention and makes a statement that the artist is 'well known and Important.' My magazine is based on a Indie genre focusing on an older audeince, Who typically buy magazines such as NME and Q. Based on this i have decided to use black and white images.
